Concierge for High-End Hotel in Herzliya


Our 5-star hotel in the beautiful city of Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, shows, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Knowledge of local attractions and events
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus tips. In addition, we provide accommodation within walking distance from the hotel.
