IT Manager

As the IT Manager for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our networks and systems, and developing and implementing new strategies to improve our technology processes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the use of technology resources
- Ensure the security of all networks and systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet them
- Manage budget for hardware, software, and other technology expenses
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in information technology management or related role
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
and present new ideas or technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
