Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. They will also need to have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Conduct regular system backups and maintenance
- Educate clients on proper use of computer systems and software
- Keep records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Relevant certifications are a plus

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (accommodation not provided)
