Junior IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues and maintaining computer systems. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$. This position is open to Indian nationals with good English speaking skills and biometric passport. No prior experience is required as we are looking for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT support.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new computer systems, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, installing and updating software, and providing timely technical support to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
