We are hiring a highly experienced and organized Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. You will work closely with our clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Communicate project goals, progress, and updates to all parties involved
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completing their responsibilities on time
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards set by the company
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
- Experience managing international projects or teams
- Knowledge of agile methodology
