Web Designer

We are a dynamic and innovative web design company based in Vilnius, seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites for our clients
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website designs are implemented effectively
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts to clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and functional designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Work efficiently within project timelines and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (remote work may be possible)
