Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, understanding their needs, and finding appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work permit in Vilnius
- No previous experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is not required but considered a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
