Moderator

We are hiring a Moderator to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and management of online forums, chat rooms, and other digital platforms. Your main goal will be to create a safe and engaging environment for users to interact and share their thoughts and opinions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and chat rooms to ensure appropriate content and behavior
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and reports in a timely manner
- Engage with users and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Work closely with other moderators to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant discussion topics
- Keep updated on current trends, topics, and events related to the community

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (no additional language requirements)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with online platforms such as forums, chat rooms, or social media
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Other benefits include opportunities for growth within the company and a supportive work environment.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Lithuania. Relocation assistance may be provided for selected candidates.
