Facade Installation Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Facade Installation Assistant in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a member of our team, you will assist with the installation of facade systems on various buildings and structures. This is a full-time job opportunity and no prior experience is required. We welcome applicants of all nationalities and genders, but proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of facade systems on buildings and structures
- Follow instructions from lead installers and work as part of a team
- Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the lead installer

Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends if needed
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from more experienced team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are also beneficial)
- No prior experience required, but any construction or manual labor experience is a plus
