We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Your main goal will be to ensure smooth and even finishes that meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping off old paint or wallpaper, filling holes and cracks, and sanding rough areas
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to create desired texture or finish
- Use hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and rollers to spread plaster evenly
- Apply coats of primer or sealant to prepare surfaces for painting
- Repair damaged areas by replacing drywall or patching holes
- Follow blueprints or plans to determine the layout of walls and ceilings
- Inspect finished work for cracks, bumps, or imperfections and make necessary repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Physical stamina and dexterity for working with hand tools in various positions
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
