We are recruiting for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and reliable individual with a strong understanding of operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Equipment Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of equipment being operated
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
