We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to blueprints and plans
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and connected
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
