We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national, however, we welcome applicants from other nationalities as well. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100/month, which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation.
- Work with electrical components to connect solar panels to the building's electrical system.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems.
- Keep detailed records of all installations and maintenance work.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar panel installation.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of solar panel systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience working with electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus).
