Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius. This position is suitable for men with or without experience in solar installation and does not require accommodation. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs, ground mounts, and other structures
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for efficient energy production
- Troubleshoot any issues with the installation process
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing solar systems
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process

Requirements:
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment/tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and construction techniques
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid work visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
