Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications, building codes, and industry standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project feasibility studies
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project progress and quality control
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on industrial projects
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Fluency in English

Salary: 1200$ per month
