Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our firm in Vilnius. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Lead a team of architects and engineers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Review designs for accuracy, compliance with building codes, and feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect or architecture manager.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is preferred).
