Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team in designing and developing construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements.
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients for approval.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction meets design specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Experience managing project budgets and resources.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
