Finisher for Furniture Manufacturing Company in Vilnius

Our furniture manufacturing company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes to furniture pieces, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Apply stains, paints, and other finishes to furniture pieces according to customer specifications
- Sand, buff, and polish finished pieces to achieve desired smoothness and shine
- Inspect finished items for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finisher in the furniture industry
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their reactions to various finishes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are from Pakistan or other foreign countries looking for job opportunities in Vilnius
- Do not require English language proficiency for the job
- Are willing to live in company-provided accommodation during employment period
- Have their own visa or are able to obtain one for working in Lithuania
