A reputable architectural firm in Vilnius is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial structures including office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the progress of construction
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Oversee the budgeting and scheduling of projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
