As an Indian Architect in Vilnius, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and budget
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Make necessary adjustments to plans based on feedback from clients or other professionals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to plans
- Stay updated on new materials and construction methods to improve design efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly creative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
