Senior Architect

We are in need of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Filipino candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. No English proficiency is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project briefs
- Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Deep understanding of construction processes and building materials
- Experience working on international projects is a plus
