Fitter for Industrial Equipment
We are a leading industrial equipment manufacturing company based in Vilnius and we are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining our industrial equipment to ensure its proper functioning. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting technical blueprints, operating various hand and power tools, welding and fabricating metal parts, and conducting regular maintenance checks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and use various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of welding techniques and experience in metal fabrication
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Responsibilities:
- Read technical blueprints to understand equipment specifications
- Assemble, install, and maintain industrial equipment according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery as needed
- Fabricate metal parts using cutting, bending, and welding techniques
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment performance or functionality
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare for Indian nationals. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
