Job Title: Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your main duties will include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Monitor and manage budgets
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Oversee tax preparation and filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with finance team to develop financial strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Sage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
