Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Indian restaurant in Vilnius. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budget, inventory, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian language is a plus)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
