A leading global retail company is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Merchandiser in Vilnius. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to coordinate product selection, pricing, and promotion plans
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Ensure all products are displayed attractively with proper signage and pricing labels
- Analyze sales data to forecast future demand and adjust merchandising plans accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or buying is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for visual presentation
