A reputable bakery in Vilnius, Lithuania is seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who takes pride in creating delicious baked goods. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes. You will also have the opportunity to create new items and experiment with different flavors. The ideal candidate will have previous baking experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer requests
- Create new items and experiment with flavors
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure quality control by inspecting baked goods for texture, appearance, and taste
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Creative mindset with a passion for baking
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift

Salary: 1200$ per month

Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
