Entry-level Baker


We are hiring an entry-level Baker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This position is ideal for someone without previous baking experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a professional bakery setting. We welcome candidates of Pakistani nationality who do not speak English fluently as long as they are willing to learn the language. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and specifications
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, fillings, etc.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and present finished products
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to create new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Basic understanding of baking techniques preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn from experienced bakers

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
