We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on various properties and equipment. This is a full-time role with a salary of 900$, with the added benefit of free accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Repairing or replacing broken or malfunctioning equipment
- Maintaining inventory of tools and supplies
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and up to company standards
- Following all safety procedures while on the job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for performing manual labor

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in property management or maintenance
- Vocational training in a related field
