Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, or network
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Collaborate with other support team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required
