Interpreter - English Speaking (Sheduva, Kenya)



We are seeking a proficient English-speaking Interpreter to join our team in Sheduva, Kenya. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between English-speaking individuals and non-English speakers. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field, as we provide comprehensive training.

Your primary responsibilities will include accurately translating spoken and written language from English to the native language and vice versa. You will also assist with cultural understanding and provide support for clients during meetings, conferences, and other events.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills in both English and the native language, as well as cultural sensitivity and adaptability. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure is also essential. This position offers a salary of $1700 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for Kenya.
