Formworker in Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling concrete formwork and structures. Your role will involve setting up forms for pouring concrete and ensuring they are properly aligned and secured. You will also be responsible for repairing damaged or faulty forms and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine form specifications
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, or assemble wooden or metal forms according to specifications
- Align forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly secured in place
- Pour concrete into forms using buckets or pumps as needed
- Smooth out concrete surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has set, clean them thoroughly, and prepare them for reuse
- Repair damaged or faulty forms as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team to ensure efficient workflow

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (Indian workers preferred)
