Equipment Operator in Sheduva


We are hiring an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and be able to work independently. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete various construction or excavation projects. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month with no English language requirement and is open to both Africans and Malayalees. Accommodation is not provided, so this job is best suited for individuals who already reside in Sheduva or are willing to relocate on their own. Freshers with the right skills and experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on equipment before use
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Complete projects within specified timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow project plans, blueprints, or instructions to complete tasks accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints preferred but not required
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
