Solar Installer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer Technician to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panel systems according to safety standards and manufacturer's instructions
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement of panels for maximum efficiency
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for the solar system
- Troubleshoot any issues with the system and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting techniques
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, but we welcome candidates from both Egypt and Kenya. The location can be discussed during the interview process.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule. Part-time options may also be available.

Additional Notes:
No English language proficiency is required for this position. We also welcome candidates without prior experience as training will be provided. Own visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
