Architectural Designer - Sheduva, Lithuania



As an Architectural Designer in our firm, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for buildings and structures. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming client requirements into design plans that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. You will be working closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and develop design concepts based on their requirements
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other software as needed
- Work closely with engineers to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction process to ensure the design is implemented accurately
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Sheduva, Lithuania. While proficiency in English is preferred, it is not a strict requirement as long as you are able to effectively communicate with team members.
