Gardener (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and landscapes. This is an entry level position, ideal for someone without prior gardening experience who has a love for nature and is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, weeding, and pruning of flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Assisting with the design and layout of new gardens or landscapes
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained
- Following safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience in gardening required
- Passion for nature and willingness to learn about plants, trees, flowers, etc.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages considered an asset)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. In addition to this, we provide free visa sponsorship as well as a round-trip ticket from Canada. Please note that accommodation is not included.
