Information Security Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Sheduva. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's sensitive data and ensuring the security of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications for any suspicious activity or potential threats
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolution and mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve our security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Train employees on security best practices and raise awareness of potential risks
- Conduct regular penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures
- Manage access control systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Prepare reports on security status, incidents, risk assessments, and other related information for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX)
- Knowledge of cloud computing services (e.g. AWS) is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Sheduva

Preference: Candidates from Canada or the Philippines with fluency in English and accommodation provided. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
