IT Support Technician


We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team in Sheduva. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and equipment are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and networks
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records of actions taken
- Train clients on how to properly use their computer systems and equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in English with good communication skills
