Computer Support Specialist



We are looking for a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and helping them solve any computer-related issues they may encounter.

Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Install and configure computer systems, applications and peripherals
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles
- Troubleshoot email and internet connectivity issues
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and their resolutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Fluency in English is not required for this job.
