Technical Support Specialist - Sheduva, Canada



We are currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team in Sheduva, Canada. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, and maintaining computer systems and databases.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding technical issues or concerns
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related problems
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, routers and other IT equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and databases
- Test new software applications before implementation
- Train customers on how to use new hardware or software products
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications and networking systems
- Ability to quickly diagnose technical problems and find effective solutions
- Knowledge of remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk is an asset
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) is preferred
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support/customer service role
- CompTIA A+ certification is an asset

Salary: 1000$ per month
