Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Create detailed design plans using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the design or construction phases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. English proficiency is not required for this role as our clients are primarily Indian businesses. Accommodation will not be provided.
