Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager

As a Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Sheduva. Your main objective will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the entire design and construction process from start to finish.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
- Developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and providing technical guidance to the design team.
- Overseeing the selection of materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, and ensure that construction is in line with approved plans.
- Managing project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within allocated resources.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Architect or Design Manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proven experience in project management with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.

Salary: $1400 per month
