We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client needs and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all projects meet budgetary, time, and quality requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
