Indian Executive Chef

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine
- Ability to create innovative and authentic dishes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills, able to manage and train kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
- Create unique and flavorful dishes that showcase the best of Indian cuisine while meeting customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques, portion control, sanitation, and safety standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Ensure consistent quality of food presentation and taste by conducting regular taste tests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
