We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to customers
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns
- Continuously strive to improve the overall dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management is preferred
