Indian Librarian in Sheduva

A reputable library in Sheduva is seeking an experienced Indian Librarian to join our team. As the only librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, providing reference services, and promoting library resources and programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of library systems and technologies, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the library's collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
- Provide reference services to patrons by assisting with research and locating materials
- Promote library resources and programs through outreach activities and social media
- Train and supervise library assistants to ensure efficient operation of the library
- Stay updated on current trends in librarianship and implement new technologies or ideas to improve services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong knowledge of library systems such as cataloging software and online databases
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
