Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
