Construction Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our building projects in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers, ensuring that they adhere to project timelines and safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and schedule construction projects
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage a team of construction workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to keep them on track
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure quality control by conducting inspections of work in progress
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Experience managing construction teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or MS Project
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards successful completion of projects
