We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Sheduva, Philippines. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, along with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Set up and operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Clean, prepare, and organize workpieces before welding
- Weld components using various methods including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Maintain proper documentation of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with different metal types such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
- Must be willing to work full-time in Sheduva
