Office Assistant - Indian Nationals Only
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in office administration and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Keep track of office expenses and ensure timely payments
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings/events
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Support other departments with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a requirement for this position
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (no other languages required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
