Sales Manager


We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments in order to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the industry
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission based on individual performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Sheduva. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
